Generally within 30 days, however for large orders it may take up to (but not longer than) 90 days.

All web pages in our network must be suitable for all audiences and NOT contain any pop-ups.

3.) What happens if my downline upgrades from a free membership to one of the paid plans before I do?    [Return to Index]

You will permanently lose all opportunities to earn commission, click credits, and all other upline rewards from that member and their downline.

4.) Do you use spam to generate traffic?    [Return to Index]

No. We do not tolerate spam of any kind. We do not generate traffic for our customers through the use of spam, and any member who is caught using spam will be immediately banned from the program permanently.

5.) What is the best way to generate referrals?    [Return to Index]

You will find a complete list of referral tools in the member area. Online methods work great, but don't forget word of mouth and print advertising as these can be very effective as well.

Members get credit for every new member they refer to our program. Referrals are tracked for a full 90 days through the use of cookies. That means that you get credit even if the person doesn't join on the first visit to the website.

7.) What are some of your sources for traffic? What kind of traffic do you send?    [Return to Index]

We use a broad range of traffic sources to allow maximum exposure to your web page. One source is other hit exchanges, for example ClickThru, Click Silo, and AdExit. We also contract with a broad range of high traffic sites that provide full page popups with at least a 85% unique IP rate. We do NOT use spam, hidden windows, page reloads, or robots (computer or otherwise).

When you are the first one to refer someone (based on their unique IP address) to our website, they will be assigned to your downline if they join within 30 days of your initial referral.

9.) Why does HitsOverload use support tickets? Isn't email easier?    [Return to Index]

Support tickets are more reliable than email. We have been online since 1992 and our mailboxes are overloaded with SPAM. Because we want to make absolutely sure we do not delete a member's support question (when deleting our email spam), we use support tickets. Plus, using support tickets, we can alert our entire staff that a member has a question, and the first staff member available can respond.
