Any member caught with a pop-up will be penalized 500 credits on their first offense. This equal to the number of credits that is given away as a signup bonus. Basically, a first violation means that you lose your signup bonus. A second violation will result in termination of your account, with a complete loss of credits and downline.

This will allow us to give members more bonus credits a month, with fewer violations of our terms. We get our traffic from several other click exchanges and similar programs, some of which require NO POP-UPS. When a HitsOverload member displays a page with pop-ups, we risk losing our stream of traffic from these other click exchanges. This will destroy HitsOverload's fundamental advantage- members paying one small monthly fee to get their page shown across multiple click exchanges. As stated in our terms, these members will have their account suspended with credits and downline lost. Re-instatement will only be considered after a penalty fee of $25.00 US has been paid. We simply will not tolerate pop-ups!

2002.04.06 01:01:08 GMT    Users must visit at least 45 other member pages before their account will be activated and their free 250 credits awarded. Too many members are signing up just for the free credits and not participating in the program. These members have been found to frequently violate our terms (usually by having pop-ups).
